Returns & Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on a full price item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping will be at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We know the joy of opening a package full of romantic goodness. Therefore, we ensure that our packaging will do it's best to protect your book while it makes its way to you. However, accidents do happen so please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us about returning the item you have as soon as you can. When reaching out to us, let us know what you would like to exchange your product for and we can put this aside for you. Once the return is received we will organise the exchange with you, including any partial refunds or extra costs. All exchange shipping will be at your own cost.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at love@enamouredbooks.co.nz.
